KOREAN SPECIAL FOODS



Here are some typical foods of Korea's most famous, check this out :

   Bibimbap


Bibimbap or often called mixed rice is one of Korean traditional foods which contain rice and assorted vegetables mixed together in a bowl. Bibimbap comes from the word meaning Bibim Bap intervene and that means cooked rice. Vegetables commonly used to make bibimbap is a Japanese cucumber, spinach, radish, soybean paste, mushrooms, gosari, lettuce and dried seaweed. Materials to make bibimbap the other is raw beef and eggs, if there is no rice can be substituted with chicken. Sauces are usually served with Bibimbap is Gochujang. Regular bibimbap is stored in the refrigerator, Bibimbap could be served as hot or cold. Regular bibimbap served in an already heated stone bowl called Dolsot Bibimbap.

 Kimbab




          Views Kimbab indeed almost the same as Sushi, but the taste and how to make it a little differently. Content used to create Kimbab are vegetables such as cucumbers, carrots, scrambled eggs, tuna and crabstick. Spices are used simply use salt and pepper. How to make it easy and do not require a long time to make Kimbab often used as stock for a picnic by the Korean community.

 Kimchi

       
Korean cuisine is most famous for kimchi. Kimchi is a food that is always ready at the dinner table every meal time arrives. Kimchi usually served with meat or soup. The main ingredient to make kimchi is cabbage that has been washed clean. Then add spices like salt, shrimp, krill, fish sauce, garlic, ginger and chili powder. After it is fermented for about two days. Kimchi is stored in a special place which is used to store kimchi Koreans during the fermentation, kimchi should not be stored in the refrigerator or in any place because it can damage the fermenting cabbage. Some of Koreans make kimchi in large numbers for food supplies during the winter. When finished fermented, kimchi can be enjoyed immediately and can be stored in the refrigerator.
